i just have got a solution, i installed tweak ui and in the general tab i disabled smooth scrolling, thats all. it works with any resolution and any bit colors- rulrec

slow scrolling
i have slow scrolling in my windows and i dont think that it is caused by my hardware, geforce2, athlon 1200, 256mb ram. i tried to upgrade to last drivers of agp, video card, and motherboard, but it is the same- rulrec
