Regarding graphing: Yes, you can graph the data if you are willing to save the key data as a print file and then import this data into EXCEL. For more information go to http://www.thetechfirm.com/ and search on EXCEL. There are a couple of examples for you.

Why not try the opposite approach. Early in the morning or late at night, unplug everything. Then plug each device in one at a time until lights go crazy. This should help you find the problem system.

Yes, you can export a sniffer trace. There are at least a couple of ways but I prefer the using print from the file menu. You can also use CSV (Comma Separated file).
