You probably could get away with doign the technical side of things yourself, but the functional side is where the app will realy pay off. Don't skimp on that one. Just my 2 cents.

I want to find out how you are integrating your psft app. Are you using integration broker and if so, are you using Component Interfaces's or the psft messages?
Are you usign file objects and app engine?
Please just let me know, briefly, how you are integrating your psft application.
If you are communicating between psft apps, like CRM and HR, use the psfttarget connector. But, if you are communicating with soemthing other than a psft app, you can use whatever connector suits your needs, and the HTTPTARGET should work just fine as long as HTTP is acceptable.
