I have a group policy setup to rediect local my documents to the users home directory on server. The problem I am having is this policy also takes effect when users log on to terminal server. How can I stop this policy from taking effect when users log on to terminal server?

Sounds like a browsing problem. From the looks of it you use DHCP to assign Wins info. Try static assign of wins server Ip address to client PC. I have had a few client Pc's that like to do the same thing so I did this fix and they hit the network everytime.
Try removing one client from domain and running ghostwalker or similar then reintroduce client to domain. I am wondering if multiple sids for one client are causing problems. Probably not, but it is a try. It can't hurt. Also what happens if you disable InoculateIt?
