Thanks for all the advice, I now have the clients updating the virus definitions off the server, but NetShield will not update the engine and the scheduled task for ePO to autoupdate from the FTP site is not happening. I know it is scheduled correctly because all other tasks run. Any ideas.

I am trying to set this up and having a lot of trouble. I am able to deploy the agent and setup task, but there are not updates going out to the clients and no automated update from the ftp site. Has anyone had similar issues with setup?

I am running Win2000 server on a Compaq DL380 and let Networker autodetect the TL895 Compaq Library. This unit has 4 drives and can hold 96 tapes. Max parallelism is set to 16.

I have tried everything and it just seems that the access time to the library is slow. Legato even gets confused shows a tape in the drive even when there isn't one. It is a 96tape library with 4 drives. Has anyone had any luck with improving performance with a set up similar to this running...
