setting a specific keyboard when in a command.com

Too much security on my system!
Hi, I tried a couple of thing in the group policy snapins and by mistake, I've disabled the MMC. Now I am logged as an administrator and I can't launch any Administrative Tools because of policies on Snapins and MMC. How can I fix this problem? Thank you David- David2k1
