54.1 remove sealer tape
We have a remote location that installed a new toner in the printer, initially they forgot to remove the sealer tape on the cartridge. Now even with another cartridge we still get the 54.1 remove sealer tape from toner cartridge error. Is there something that could be done to clear this...- dlmccue
