Thanks for the info. We have already downloaded the latest driver. Still doesn't help. I have talked to a couple other users who are having the same problem using xp.- zcsjkb

USB Card Readers
We are having trouble getting our USB Card Reader to work under Windows 2000. We have to unplug and plug back in to get Windows 2000 to recognize the card reader. We are using the software provided by the card reader vendor. Has anyone else experienced problems of this nature??? If so, how...- zcsjkb
