Limit store.exe memory usage for Exch 5.5
I dont know of a way to do this but I have read there is no harm in this. Your server SHOULD ONLY BE RUNNING EXCHANGE. If you add more memory, STORE.EXE will use it and should release memory when other apps need it. I read this on MS Technet section.- ZXJacques
