Am I going to have to change my domain name? Currently it is Dover. Will I have to change it to dover.gov or something like that? I'm trying to avoid having to visit every PC in my domain.

I am trying to upgrade our servers to W2K. I want to introduce a 2000 server into the mix. When I do, it comes up as just a member server. In order to make it a domain controller, I believe I need to install Active Directory. When I try, it says that the domain is not currently an active...
What e-mail client are your users using? Are they configured to be "corprate or workgroup"? All messages should remain on the exchange server. When the user logs on to the domain and goes to outlook, the mailbox is authenticated with the NT domain account and access that mailbox.
I get a lot of entries in my event log stating:
"The server was unable to logon the Windows NT account 'Guest' due to the following error: The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to..."
This will occur every couple days and about every 20 - 30 seconds...
