    How do I create a role based access controll to Delphi/Sybase

    I need to create an access controll where I can easy maintain users rights against Sybase (12.03)and the client (delphi. Is there anybody out there who have don this or similar on an existing client/server solution. Today all client users have the same rights against the aplication and database.
