I installed 8.1 trying to see if it would solve the problems too... The dos prompt starting appearing suddenly after 2 days from the games and DX8.1 without installing nothing else... The only reason that i can find is that maybe during the restarts a .dll file has been lost ? Is that possible...- Yiannismx3

Hi , i am using the win9x_21.83 drivers from nvidia's site that are WHQL Certified . Not saying if it's the detonator 3 but i also searched the driver forums and didn't find something else . My OS is windows ME ,PIII 500mhz ,128 MB ram. Not all of the games are using DX8 but all are giving this...- Yiannismx3

Hi and thank you for answering ! As i said i have a viper 770 non ultra . I visited nvidia's site and i downloaded the latest xp drivers that didn't work for me... the image was blocking then moving and then blocking again continusly so i stayed with the previous version that they have archived...- Yiannismx3
