after joining to domain server client machine get above mssg when logging on to domain server

so far the only way I've found to fix is to make user a Domain Admin which is not acceptable
When trying to launch an MSI file for a network install of Office XP (on a Win XPP) I get an error message: "Please go to the control panel to install system components"

Name and Address Book (names.nsf) does not contain the required view.
Message appears when I try to use my address book (local or network)
Everything else is working fine.
I have a formula in cell F11 that takes data from B8 and B14.
This spreadsheet calculates per the formula and puts the end result in F11.
I don't want anything to show in cell F11 until both cells B8 and B14 had numbers in them.

For some reason the statement you gave me had no effect on the value displaying in the cell. I'm not sure what happened I cut and pasted it right from the this site??

when I am numbering past 99 my space between the number and the next character puts too much space there. I can't seem to adjust it. All of the spacings are set at a default.
I want to download svc pack 1a, 2, 3 etc.
But I want to load them to a server so I dont have to do the downloads individually on each pc and tie up valuable network resources.
I've done this with IE so it must be able to be done.
