I'm trying to run a counter script from my linux (mandrak 7) apache web server. I'm pretty much cluless on cgi. I was wondering if there's anything I need to change with the apache conf (or any other files) to get cgi to work.
I created a folder called "cgi-bin" in my html folder...
I use DHCP because the computer hooked up to the net (cable) is a win98 machine. I use ICS to connect all other comps to the net. I assume that's the use for the UDP ports being accessed. It's not a heavy load at all. The only load is on port 80 for web and 21 when I do FTP. Thanks a lot...
