    I suppose the domain is mydomain,and the webapp is DefaultWebApp.You can put your classes in the following path:bea/wlserver6.1/config/mydomain/applications/DefaultWebApp/WEB-INF/classes/. If the classes is servlet classes, you must register your servlet in the web.xml.
