We have already removed the wake-up option from the Class of Service settings, but the customer is still experiencing daily wake-up calls on the analog phones.
If we disable and close the NuPoint Voicemail, will it stop all wake-up calls? Please respond as this is urgent.

Our client is facing an issue with daily wake-up calls on their analog phones. They are using a Mitel AX controller with release 8.0 SP3 PR3, and despite our efforts, the analog phones continue to receive these wake-up calls.
