You're PCPro is an older version than your CPU. CP10 doesn't mean v10 of PCPro. It means you have to use the CP10 Version of PCPro but you need the version number to be the same as your current firmware or later. Most likely your CPU is on v11 or 12, so you'll need the latest PCPro
That happens sometimes, not often but sometimes. The only option is to try and reflash the firmware. Can you access the web GUI or PC Pro? If not, you can flash with an SD card. If that fails, you're probably out of luck. Hopefully it's under warranty still.
Does anyone have an idea for homes that can't possibly rewire? I do a fair number of big houses and apartments. Some even have old quad wiring especially at doors. In my own house, I have an NEC door phone connected to old door bell wire.
