I am trying to install Contact Center select 7.1 on Server 2012 r2, and it wants a feature/service pack. I do not have the service pack, and cannot download it from Avaya.

I have an SV8100 system with the UM8000 card, but the CF card is gone. Does anyone have a disk image of the card that I can restore onto a generic CF?
I am unable to disable the DSP in question, It says the parent card is not in service, and when I try and enable the card, it tells me to run out of service diag, and when I do that, it says "some dsps faulty on vp card"
My Option 11 has Meridian Mail, and I can access it from TTY 0. Only issue is; I cannot dial meridian mail, I have ACD agents setup, the access DN is correct and all, but MerMail shows DSP Port 7/8 to be faulty. How should I go about this?
I did. Sadly no effect. I think the set is broken. Now one more thing. I have a universal trunk card, and a CO trunk on TN 5 0. How would i route that directly to meridian mail
I honestly believe my set is crap. I measured line voltage and it was all good, I also connected a Norstar set (to see if the BLF lights flashed) and it flashed the line keys. So my set has crapped itself, and now I need a new one.
I have been trying for over one hours now to get one singular M2616 to work on a digital line card. I have enabled and gave it a TN, but it refuses to power up. Is there a specific loop that I need to use for slot 1?
