@TrejoAaron - check this out...it's what works for me. Remember: install all three in sequence (but try after installing the first one, which should be ver 2.0) And I believe it needs to be Windows XP (which is what I am using)

FYI (you may already know this) You need to install, in sequence, V2, V3 and v4 of the console software. Mine is running v4.0 (which I think is the last one).
Are you sure your PBX is running PSMPR software version 1.0? It seems odd that it has never...
