Quick Question: 18D keysets on Samsung iDCS 100
Of the 6 sets in our Samsung setup, only two allow me to "Program". On all others, I cannot type the number 3 after pushing TRSFR. If I type TRSFR (ot Transfer) 315, I only get to type "15". The keyset ignores the "3". Is there a way to enable other phones to access programming? Thank you for...- AYBAPTU

Swapping 18D keysets on Samsung iDCS 100
Samsung iDCS 100. Had trouble moving a user to a different station (both 18D's). Per docs, procedure to swap (TRSFR 315) should not be done by the phones involved, but the phones involved seem to be the only ones allowed to make "programing" changes.
