On our old 1408s and 1416s, when a call hits our Help Desk coverage answer group it displays "[Number] to Help Desk Group"
On the J179, it just shows the Caller ID of the number calling. No difference between a direct call, and a coverage answer group call.
Is there a way to display...
I used to use Taske software to have visibility into who in a group answered a call from a coverage answer group and reporting on said group. Not sure if that would still work
