Issue was solved:
In a web-site: Elements-->Communication Manager-->Parameters-->System Parameters and there is "change system-parameters features" page 6 "Unanswered DID Call Timer (seconds):" changed from 10 to 25. All is working like a charm.

I didnt used trace tools, how can I use them? I have Site Administration tool and I have Access using web-site.
In one SIP trunk I have outside numbers which arre working correct and I have numbers which drop after 10 second. No communication with the guy who installed the system.

I am newbee in Avaya system. When calling from outside to our external number routing is set whatever direct number, or term-ext - call lasts 10 second and then drops. Where should I check?Let me know what and how to check, please.
