Interesting about the ports. The support person we used to get to manage this told us to assign extensions to anything above port 64 for some reason. I tend to just use the first available port after that.

Yeah I've added the extension into 11-02. I just added one in and connected a phone and it came up with an ex Staff members name. So at some point this extension was used, and deleted, but the system remembers. I'll keep fumbling my way through. I might be able to take an extension off a room...
I can't see 90-43 in WebPro or PCPro.

I manage a NEC SV9100 that I inherited when the previous IT Manager left. I am running into the issue of Full Port when connecting IP handsets. Feature Number 0300 shows 180 LIcence quantity, with 0 remain. 5111 IP Terminal shows 102 license quantity, with 2 remain.

Cheers! Might keep my employer happy by extending the life of the handset when the SV9100 system gets replaced. I see that IP PHone Manager is mentioned to flash the phones. Is that available somewhere? My NEC dealer is non existent, hence why there is the push to setup a standard SIP system.
