Installing Nortel's for about 20 years and it seems that they had pretty much everything figures out for a simple install. 66 Blocks and then the rest went into the wall mounted cabinsts.
I know the two are different but it seems each time I install an IPO every installs requires me to come up...
On the old Nortel when a internal user called someone and that person was on a call or had their phone on D.N.D. the callers display after 1 ring would say "On Another Call" or "Do Not Disturb".
Is this possible with IP Office 9.0 and or 9.1?

I don't have this issue with PRI voice mail because it drops the call instantly. With Embedded and VMP using analog lines the voice mailbox is recording hang up the mailbox is calls and dead air calls and the MB is full of these and they user gets upset. . Is there a minimum record length setting?

IT vendor has set up port forwarding using a public IP on a 9.1 IPO. The screen logs into the IPO says the usual waiting for LLDP then contacting Call Server at the internal IPO address then Enter Ext and Press OK. I enter a valid Ext number then OK then it asks for a password then press OK (...
After dialing 9 then 10 digit number the ARS is still waiting the 4 second delay before dialing out on the PRI. IF I dial a # it will immediately start ringing.
Is there a way to let the ARS know that all digits have been entered and to immediately dial out.

Never had this happen before. Two DS 30 units on ports 3 and 4 down this morning. Swapped them with new ones and still dead. Moved both modules to expansion ports 5 and 6 and they came up.
Could the ports 3 and 4 have been damaged or blow out some how?
