I assume these wav files are messages that have been left that you want to link to the call? I doubt you will ever get the information you need from the file itself. I think you will have better luck using the API. We have used the API to build our own web Managment portal it very powerful.

Nothing wrong with 11.0.4.8, I assume you are on a IP500 since you say you don't want to upgrade to Linux.
If not using TLS you don't need to import certs.

Server or ip500? We don't run the any sbc for our users but this is on server editing. We do use a firewall (fortigate) and have the ipo nailed down pretty tight.
I didn't think the IPO would work with any other sbc other than the avaya for remote users.
We prefer to use the ribbon sbc...

It could just be a timing thing. If you check in the web manger later on has it updated?
Like the manager the web manager is changing the back end and will sometimes lag behind when viewing after a change has been made. Cloud also be a cache issue on your pc.

Hi All I am looking for solution to display more of the call records in Workplaces, the issues is you only see the last call for each number even if there has been a number of calls from that number.

I do not recommend you import the config as a CSV you will get all sorts of odd things happen.
