Bit of advice would be much appreciated. I'm getting error below on inbound outbound calls on mycalls app. This is happening on all extensions.
Specified extension cannot be found (Error 382)
when dialling line 1 which is displayed with red light on the phone I get the error busy camp. I'm thinking this line is maybe permanently busy rather than camped on?

I'm having an issues with an SV9100. A phone is camped on line 1 and were unable to remove it. We've been round every phone and tried to dial 770 and 870 with no luck.
Is there a way to remove this via PC pro software?
