I have a group of eight (8) extensions that need approx. four (4) Call Pickup groups created ?
- is it possible?
- On their 9608 phones....How are they dislayed so the light can be blinking on all their phones showing someone is in those call park groups?
When configuring the Onex Communicator for an agent........the NORMAL Button is actively GREEN but when the agent logs in....the AUX-WORK Button not not stay active (GREEN) when the agent logs in..... and the AUTO-IN Button does not stay active as well after they press it.
What am I missing...
