I've solved this. We had a shortcode that would automatically dial after 0XXXXXXXXX so it was dialling before the users could finish inputting their number.

Hi, we use SIP Trunking if that is what you are asking.
I don't believe it's the dial delay as this happens no matter how fast I type the number. It seems that once the number gets to a certain length, it automatically dials it.
