Would this be entered as a short code added to this extension? If so, would /?/. be put in as the Code, Feature set to Dial, and then the desired user short code entered in the Telephone Number field?- eglass3558

I'm not well versed in Avaya and I've kinda been thrown into this with a "just figure it out" directive. Using IP Office Manager 11.0.4.5.0 Recently ported some POTS into our Comcast PRI.
