Didn't work sir. Tried the number zero, the number two and 12. First picks up it asks for the PIN, I type in the PIN and I get the expected recording then it continues to ask for an access code. I even went back and added a 2 to the PIN of the Extension and CP0Key modules.- RBRNDragon

Apologize in advance if I ask simple questions, telecom engineer recently quit and I'm the only one left in the company with any knowledge of the phone system until they hire new.
