We do get the CLID of the originating caller if it is transferred internally. EC500 also receives the originating CLID. It only happens when we are transferring the call externally.
We currently have an Avaya/Teams setup, teams transfers the CLID without any issue,
We are having an issue where when we transfer calls to an external number, it will send the CLID of the station that is transferring the call, rather than to callers CLID that is being transferred.
Is there a way to modify this? Avaya has been giving us the run around on this issue.

Have also tried making a copy of Historical>Agent>Group Summary Monthly and adding a Split/Skill input, but it doesn't do anything other then let you add the skill. It will still show all hunt group calls.
