The server did not update. We have two revenue centers on the property and the other revenue center will run the reports from the workstation just fine. So, it seems to be isolated to that one workstation.- Micro_2425

Micros 3700 RVC Report Will Not Print
At the end of the day, staff will run an RVC Report from the workstation which prints out on the small printer attached to the workstation. Just the other day, it stopped printing. Everything else prints, just not the RVC report. To my knowledge no setting have changed in the micros server...- Micro_2425

Micros 3700 - Open Check Stuck
I have two outstanding checks that are stuck and I am having issue removing. I used, CALL micros.sp_forcechkclose() and it removed it from the open checks that the user can see in the workstation but they are still showing up in the reporting. Any ideas on how to remove it? Thanks- Micro_2425
