    Hi RESOLVED! Pressing the "red" key and then "sound" --> "calls" or something similar ( Someone did it, not me ) muted the buzzer but on incoming calls. Thanks a lot Best regards Antonello

    Hi I just checked the model , but all that is labeled on the device is : PHILIPS 9562 900 25302 SO 272 02152 Thanks a lot Antonello UPDATE: I think, looking at the device, that it's a 35 , the keyboards of the two models differ.
