Dear all, thanks for the feedbacks. I have finally found the cause of this issue. The issue persists whenever the "File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks" option of the user pc network controller is unticked. Once I tick it, the issue is solved. Thanks again.

I believe the copy program was done to give an impression that it would be less intrusive to the source files? (copying tables vs accessing the tables directly and exporting the relevant records). However, I will explore on options you mentioned.

Yes. That is the case we are facing. Even if I have tried copying manually (Ctrl+C > Ctrl+ V under Windows envinronment), the new records are not seen in the copy. I will check if there are other table files which store those new records temporary before writing into the main table file.
