Thank you so much for your valuable responses. I raised a ticket with Avaya and Technician suggested clearing all alarms from SSA and rebooting the server will resolve the issue.
And about the VM service, The Media Manager is not running for a long time and the server was showing...
Hi, The Primary Server Edition webpage shows the status of the primary server as Amber (Yellow but the server is online). Tried restarting the IPO services but didn't work. Any input will be appreciated.
