    Callpilot 100 Feature 981 unavailable

    When I press F981 or retrieve my messages, the displays says, feature unavailable. The voicemail unit on the mail line isn't picking up the incoming calls, but we do have the ability to make phone calls to the outside. Just can't record or listen to our messages. Please send your input. Thanks.
