Every couple of days the t-1 trunks on a an icp 200 go to a locked out state, but the circuit is up and the only way to get them back to an idle state is to reboot the system. This is an att t-1 circuit and att says it looks fine on their end. Any suggestions

I am getting a mem alarm daily and it reaches the threshold then reboots every day. I know a reboot usually fixes the issue, but does anybody know a permanent fix.
