@obtsystems Thank you - it was just as you said - I put the extension of the wireless phone into the Wireless XDP column of the extension settings, power cycled the phone, and it changed its extension from 150 to 101 to match the desktop phone it is paired with. As for USB... I don't have one...- jw2k_fr

@obtsystems Thanks for replying! I'm going to be onsite tomorrow and will take a look. Unfortunately it's serial connection only at this time :( The MPR card in the system says 0 MPR(M) 3.0018 Is that the system software version?- jw2k_fr
