Could be a setting in the labor report. If you have your old data (prior to your upgrade) you can try taking the files inside the RPTSET folder in aloha and dropping them into your new RPTSET folder. This transfers over all of your report settings.
Check your security roles in aloha manager or CFC. There is an EDC tab with a refund function. If the function is not checked the refund option will appear greyed out in EDC

We currently have an issue where aloha is only able to read track2 on cards used by our partners PMS. The information that we need is stored on Track 1. We have used 2 different types of terminals (touch dynamics and NCR 7616's) but both are only reading track2.
