Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I am losing my mind. I am using headings and bookmarks in my Word doc to create hyperlinks. On creating the PDF, some of them work, and some dont't.

I have an Office XP Word document - I am using bookmarks as hyperlinks. The hyperlinks work fine, but when I press the "Back" button on the Web Navigation toolbar, it does not go back to where the hyperlink was clicked. Sometimes it does, but often does not. Any ideas? Thanks, Quincy

OK, I just realized if I click on the Edit icon, it takes me to a separate page with a delete option. I never did see the mouseover, but at least I can delete the document! Lisa

Thanks for your ideas. I still can't see the edit menu on the Shared Document List. I am definitely an Administrator, and I checked to make sure the column is linked to the Edit menu. Aargh! Any other ideas?? Thanks for your help!

When I move the mouse over the document on the Shared Documents page, all I see is the URL. I am an administrator on the site. Thanks, Lisa
