Hello ..please I haven't gotten any solution to this equipment.pls help a brother.

If it blinks on red during booting, It Will still reboot again on red.it doesn't enter to run.it continually Binks in red.

The CPU boots and restarts again without powering the line cards.could it be the CPU, memory card or power?

I went for maintenance but I found out that the Panasonic tda 100 hybrid cards are all showing red light.i have reset it but it still showing same thing.what do I do? Please help.
