I am facing issue while accessing trunk though TAC no.
we have 7 location but i m able to access trunk through tac for two location only.
while all trunk dial access is set Y and communication is both incoming and outgoing
what to do access all location trunk from one site.

we have avaya cm 8.1 and want to know that if we place an internal call extn to extn but no one receive then it should be drop after certain time or ring.
is it possible, if yes then let me know the process.
