    I want to connect to my Panasonic K

    I want to connect to my Panasonic KX-TES824 to my Windows 10 laptop. But I Having this error message ‘Cannot Open USB Port (00C73502H)’ I have check all the usb ports are working on my device. Also when I connect my TES824 it detect on my laptop. Any suggestions? Thanks
