The svmi is not a call recording device it was never designed to do this you are running out of VM ports

its because a call from a AA on the samsung does not get released to the extension when coming from an AA . you can change the way the AA works but a easier way is set a call forward no answer with a time of 1 second

we have loads of new Avaya kit and phones that we cant get rid of why would you buy a on prem when you can have an always up to date system that is more flexible and disaster proof. its what we have been selling for the last 5-10 years we don't sell any pabx anymore they are just not worth it
