Update: As often happens, even after hours of searching, I found the problem with the path the VFP.exe. Simply uncheck the "Use run-time DLL". My Google-foo must have improved in the last half hour. It does seem to work now, even with the IIS "error" during installation.

I hope someone can point me in the right direction. I have searched for a few hours, but I cannot figure out either what I'm forgetting, or why FoxWeb insists on trying to force usage of IIS.
