    Help to decode error

    Hi All, One of our Hipath 4000 v6 console has been getting this weird error code every 2 months. Which would cause our office phone system unable to make inside or outside calls. Our current workaround is rebooting the whole console or switch to a different partition(CPU) to fix this issue...
