I setup a forward internal extension which, when dialled internally from another phone works and forwards the call out, however when forwarding from the AA still doesn't forward out...
Thank for the speedy reply - yes, I can transfer incoming calls to the number. I just tested now by calling in from my mobile and then manually transfering to the number and it worked.
