Service Observe on J100 series SIP phones
How can I observe an agent call on a J-series phone? I added sip-sobsrv as a feature button but it does not appear on the phone for some reason and there is no other service observe feature available. We are at CM 8.1 and the phone is at 4.0.14.0.7. Avaya CM bridged appearance answering as a conference call.
We have Avaya J159 SIP phones with bridged appearances. When the primary phone and the phone with the bridged appearance answer a call at the same time the phones are conferenced together with the caller.
