BE v.7.3 Have to stop services to eject tape on NT4.0
Information sent to Veritas about above post. They told me to upgrade to 2575. All worked no problem since I have been working for company until I shut down dirty when the server locked. Do not know if it is related. I have to stop bengine.exe to reset the drive. I am running version 7.3...- zachw

I have had the same problem, but it has led to bigger problems. Now the BENGINE.EXE service hangs at startup. and musted be killed. Any resolve to your problem? ZachW- zachw
