I'm on the lookout for a a Panasonic PBX expert that I could call on for Ad hoc programmatic changes to existing systems. This would largely be remote based on hourly rate but occaisonally would require site attendance so ideally someone London based.

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
When a customer calls our main number we would like the call to be diverted to another external number simultaneously so that both the main number and the divert ring. Is that possible? How might I achieve this?
System is an NS700.
